1. All vehicles sold by EM
Motors FZ LLC are sold based on the condition available at the time of inspection, auction
purchase, or supplier report.
. Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles personally or appoint a trusted third-party mechanic or inspector before purchase.
2. Once payment is completed and the vehicle is released or shipped, EM Motors FZ LLC shall not be held responsible for:
* Mechanical failures
* Electrical issues
* Delays caused by shipping companies
* Customs clearance complications
* Damage occurring after handover or delivery
. Vehicles sold as:
. ⁠*"As Is"
* "Auction Grade"
* "Used"
* "Salvage"
are accepted by the buyer in
their present condition.
. Mileage, specifications, and vehicle history are based on information provided by suppliers, auctions, dealers, or inspection reports and may be subject to human or system error.
